焊爐焊接的時候溫度控制在250±5℃,過
 爐時間3±0.5秒,于(基板)厚度為1.6mm
手焊方式320±5℃,3±0.5秒

壽命試驗
 without load:
 connection and disconnection shall 
 be made with the mating plugs and
 jacks for 100,000 cycles at a speed 
 of 10 to 25 cycles/min.   
 無負荷:
   將結合了的標準plug(盡量要近于中心的)在
   1 分鐘內以15~18的速度,進行100,000次
   拔动
(1) contact resistance shall 
 be 200mw max.   
 (2) mechanical and electrical 
      characteristics  shall be
 satisfied.
 (1) 接觸電阻不能超于200mw。
 (2) 其它、滿足于機械、電器性能。

heat test
耐熱試驗
 the jack shall be stored at a temperature
 of 85±2℃ for 96 hours.and then it shall
 be subjected to the controlled recovery
 conditions for 1 hour after which 
 measurement shall be made.
 放置在溫度85±2℃中測試96小時后,再放置正常  
 室溫中1小時來測定。
