hg1w 卫生级超级烘干机是我公司依据新版 gmp要求为洁净区内洗衣房开发的烘干设备，适用生物和制药企业车间内洁净区无尘工作服、无尘抹布理想烘干设备。
产品主要技术特性如下：
1、烘干机所有风浴部件如滚筒、外筒、风道、加热部件采用优质不锈钢制造，耐温防腐性能优良，确保烘干衣物洁净度等级。
2、排风管路采用标准卫生级管件，检修方便、易于擦拭清理。
3、设备面板、装衣门等外露部件均圆滑过渡、平整、光洁、没有死角，便于清洁消毒。
4、烘干独有的电脑程序、使衣物一直处于负压下工作，确保衣物能够达到较高的洁净度等级。
5、烘干采用减速机传动，通过变频器控制，实现无极调速，使用过程中不会产生橡胶颗粒，不污染衣物。
6、设备外漏密封件采用硅橡胶、天然橡胶等化学特性比较稳定的浅色材料。
7、设备采用体外密封注油装置，操作简单、避免对洁净区污染。
8、进风口安装高效空气过滤装置，最高能够达到 b 级洁净区使用（a 级需特定货）
