在线光亮固溶退火设备简称光亮退火，是对高标准要求管材进行在线处理的必备设备。光亮退火设备是将焊管在线加热到1050℃，随后置于氢气保护下快速冷却至100℃以下。

在线光亮退火流程/online bright annealing process：
当管材进入设备后，利用卡件进行进口封闭，然后向设备内充进惰性气体将空气排空，管材在经过加热炉时，通过中频电流流过的线圈，从而对管材进行退火处理，加热炉与冷却筒之间用石英管连接，防止进入空气，管材在冷却筒中与惰性气体反应，恢复管材本身亮度，在冷却筒出口处通过密封卡件穿出，即完成整个加工过程。
