the services involve initial factory evaluation, pre-production inspection, during productioninspection, final random inspection and loading supervision.
initial factoryevaluation -- our experienced inspectors evaluate the production capacities, machinery and equipment, management andquality control of factory to judge whether the factory conforms to the clients requirements or not.
pre-production inspection -- we evaluate the raw materials, components and methods adherence tothe requirement of our clients, and determine conformity to specifications to begin production.
during production inspection -- randomly check the semi-finished and finished products in theearly stage of production, and recommend corrective measures and improvements of the products. production statue can also be verified at this stage.
final random inspection -- randomly selectsamples from the finished goods cartons for inspection after the productions is completed and packed. usually the standard aql is used during the inspection procedures.
loading supervision -- we are present at the loading site and witness of finished products loading into containers including counting export master cartons and ensuring cargo iscorrect against shipping documents and feedback to the customers.
