application of active carbon raymond grinderactive carbon raymond grinder is used to grind materials in thefields of building materials, mining, metallurgy and chemicalindustry. the materials must be non-flammable and non-explosivematerials such as: limestone, calcite, barite, dolomite, potassiumfeldspar, marble, talcum, gypsum, kaoline, medical stone, rockphosphate, manganese ore, iron ore, glass, ceram, active carbon,carbon black, fireproof materials, heat preservation materials,chemical materials and so on(300 kinds of materials). the materialsshould have the hardness less than 7 in moh\'s scale and humidityless than 6 percent. the granularity of the end products can beadjusted from 30 to 325 meshes.
functional process:
active carbon raymond grinder consistes of mainmachine, separator, pipelines, and blower. according to users’needs, crusher, elevator, magnetic vibrating feeder, electriccontroller and motor can be equipped with the raymond mill.
load the stuff for grinding evenly and continuously into thegrinding chamber of the main frame. due to the centrifugal force inrotation, the roller swings outward and presses closely upon thering. the shovel carries the stuff to the space between the rollerand ring. when the roller rolls, the stuff is thus ground.
after being ground, the stuff is to be routed to the sorter alongthe wind belt of the blower and the rough powder will be put backto the grinder for regrinding. the fine powder flows into theproduct cyclone collector together with airflow and is expelledfrom the powder output pipe as product.
in the grinding chamber, since the stuff may contain moisture tosome extent, the heat generated during grinding makes the moistureevaporated; since the pipeline joints are not airtight, theexternal air is sucked in and the circulation air mass increases.in order to enable the grinder to work under negative pressures,the increased airflow is guided to the deduster anew sequentiallyto the atmosphere after purification.
