hastelloy b此合金固溶处理态为过饱和固溶体，在中温时效态会有金属间相。此合金在所有大气条件下都具有较好的耐蚀性。

hastelloy b零件热处理工艺：
hastelloy b固溶温度1150~1170℃，加热保温后进行快冷，中间退火温度可在1000~1100℃，此合金再次结晶温度为950~1100℃。
