   质量分析
   板面鼓泡
   铝塑板板面鼓泡是芯板挤出时带有颗粒状不熔物，这些不熔物平均直径大到一定程度时，就会凸出芯板的表面上，复合时就会造成板面鼓泡现象。当我们剥开铝板后会发现，在鼓泡的周围有粘结不良的迹象，造成这一迹象的原因是鼓泡处在辊压复合时，鼓泡周围部分的空气不能被完全挤出而夹在板层中间，极薄的空气层阻断了板层的充分黏合所至。这些不熔物有可能是塑料粒子中混入的其他杂质，也有可能是其他塑料粒子的混入，这些塑料的熔点远远高于聚乙烯，在螺筒中不能溶化而被挡在不锈钢丝网片一侧，当聚集到一定程度时会造成挤出背压升高，以致顶破了滤网一同被挤出造成芯板鼓泡。如果不熔物的粒径过大，有可能卡在口模中，使挤出的芯板表面形成较深的印痕，也会造成板面的质量问题。
   对于生产薄型塑料板材，采用多层一定数目的不锈钢丝网进行过滤是必要的，对于铝塑芯板可以采用远小于板厚的一定孔径的孔板过滤就不会造成穿破现象，一般就能解决鼓泡问题。
    板面陷斑
铝塑板板面有拇指印大小的塌陷，这一问题是高分子膜僵结所致。高分子膜的僵结大小不等，一般有大米粒大小，呈白色，属胶层质量问题。这些突出的粒状物在复合时，其周围的空气如同上述鼓泡现象一样不能被完全挤出，被裹入板中，当僵结加热溶化后随能与板层粘结，但有空气层阻隔的地方加倍直接受到影响，形成陷斑。需要从物资采购与生产管理上杜绝这一材料的质量问题。
