1、可将原始单腔模或一模多腔制作的截面为矩形的产品（如垫圈）通过改模具，将产品
做成一模一腔，成型为筒状的产品，利用本产品等距切割成型，可大大提高效率（节
省多腔填料，单个产品修边工时，解放劳动力）提高产品精度（因多型腔的差异，模
具老化造成的产品差异），可大大节省多模腔废边材料。
2、采用程序控制自动脱卸料系统，减少了以前需要更换夹具来完成卸料过程的繁琐。
3、采用日本精密滚珠丝杆及原装导轨，配合进口伺服控制系统、伺服电机、进口变频器、
plc控制，精度可靠。精确控制切割胶圈的尺寸，达到切口平整，没有刀痕，切割表
面光洁，特别适合切割较深的垫圈。
4、采用液晶触摸屏控制，所有切割参数一目了然，操作极其简单易懂。所有电器部件、
气动元件均采用国内知名品牌产品，以确保整机长久使用的稳定性及可靠性。
5、多轴切割机每次可同时切割多组工件，使得生产效率大大提高，减低工厂的生产成本。
