立式（先进先出）橡胶射出成型机：
机台特点：
1. 采用先进先出注射装置，防止死料残留，便于清洁、换色
2. 适用各种橡胶原料，矽胶及氟胶亦可使用，胶料注射时温度相对较高，可缩短硫化时间
3. 先塑化的胶料先被注射，一次注射的胶料在注射料筒中停留的时间相同，避免先进入的胶料因在注射料筒中停留时间过长而出现过早硫化现象
4. 注射柱可移至注射料筒之外，大大简化胶料更换的操作
5. 计量时背压一致，注射精度高
characteristics of the machine:
1. using fifo injection device to prevent the residue ,easy to clean and change color of materials.
2. applicable to all kinds of  rubber materials , silicone rubber and fluorine rubber can be used, the temperature will be higher and the vulcanizing time can be shortened.
3. first ,the plastify material will be injected first,material will be stay in the injection tube , the stay time is the same for injection one time,to avoid the plastify material premature vulcanization,because of staying for a long time in the injection tube.
4. the injection tube can be moved , the replacement of materials be easier.
5. the pressure is balanced and injection precision is higher.
